I got this too, my iPad thought it was connected to a Bluetooth device. I turned off Bluetooth in the Settings and the keyboard came back. The engineers are trying to figure out if this is on our side.

Just an FYI, I experienced this same behavior and my 'new' iPad (3) is still running iOS5.

We've gotten some reports to tech support as well. It only seems to happen once, after you reboot or turn off and on Bluetooth, it doesn't manifest again.

        • Suggested fix for the "MIDI ports" issue:

          1. Click the home button to get to the home screen.

          2. Double click the home button to expose all backgrounded apps and find the Nexus app icon.

          3. Tap and hold the icon until the red (X) appears and then tap the (X) to stop the Nexus app from running in the background.

          4. Click the home button again to get to the home screen.

          5. Cycle the power on the iPB and then Nexus should automatically launch after it has finished powered up. When the update messages return, follow the onscreen instructions and the update should continue successfully at this point.

It looks like the iPB-Nexus app isn't fully shutting down in some instances during the update process.

ATM the tuner reference choices are:

            440

            Gb

            G

            Ab

              • When using back up, is this backing up patch by patch, or is it backing of the entire machine?

                • For those who want to tune to 432 with the tuner, simply tune it to the yellow light before the greenlight that says you are in tune and then you are in 432

That means that the latest version of iPB-10 software/firmware is now included.

                      You can do both.

                      • Dumb question: Can you universally turn off (or on) cabinet sims for all presets? Or is that possible only preset by preset?

                        Thanks,.
Great transactions with: JRguitar, cbh5150, others forgotten.

Preset by preset. But don't forget that there is also the additional hardware speaker sim switch on the back.

Thank you! And I DID forget about that switch! Thanks for the reminder. I'll play with that. Still trying to land on a preferred configuration (4CM, in front of amp, etc) and want to play with the different sim settings as well.

                              Hi,

                              Niki here,

Great to see you on the forum.

I am currently touring Europe, and I am using two of your products.

The Digitech live vocalist 4 and The Ipb-10 pedalboard.

I am located in Amsterdam. Next month I will be touring Asia. We will be touring in Cambodia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, And Hong Kong.

I have no backup for my equipment. What I would like from you if possible is if my equipment malfunctions that I can count on Digitek to let me have a replacement in whatever country that you have the product in if possible.

                              http://playlikejimi.com is my website.

Again I am not looking for a freebie, I am just looking for a little back up insurance.

I tried to PM you...your box is full.

                              Thx!

I gather then you are dismissing our offers to help? That is, other than our comments , DT is not interested in any user assistance at all ?? ( ref post 1654).
