  • I have a Genz Benz El Diablo 60 and just got an El Diablo 100 footswitch.

Since I havent seen any El Diablo 60 footswitches online I picked up an El Diablo 100 footswitch. The first thing I noticed when it showed up was that it has a 6 pin DIN opposed to the 5 pin DIN and 5 switches opposed to the 4. I havent taken it apart yet.

Does anyone have wiring diagram for the El Diablo 60 and 100 footswitches so I can simply modify this one instead of shelling out $100 for a new old stock footswitch?

I havent gotten ahold of anyone at Genz Benz to ask them about this yet although that's the next thing I'm looking at doing.

I sent off an email to Genz Benz and am awaiting a reply.

Last time I sent them an email they told me about buying a footswitch online. As it turns out, Genz Benz is owned by FMIC, to which I have a technician's ID. Im going to see if that'll get me a schematic of the footswitches.....

Thanks Mike from FMIC for the schematics on BOTH amps and footswitches and everyone here for all their ideas.
