Members Beck
Tried to install the latest version 16 something for Firefox and the install fails with an error message. When I close the message box it takes me to http://unavailable.adobe.com/ I've never seen this before, so I'm wondering if it's really down or the North Koreans have hacked my laptop. Members Ernest Buckley
Adobe Reader has been acting up for me… not sure if this is connected but for the last 2-3 months, some files open, some don`t… very unpredictable behavior…
CMS Author MikeRivers Posted December 31, 2014 CMS Author Share Posted December 31, 2014 I keep getting messages in Firefox that plug-ins are out of date, when I look to see which plug-in, it's Adobe Flash. When I click on update, I get a similar message to what Beck has. I've manually downloaded the latest version and installed it and Firefox still says it's out of date. It might be a Firefox thing. But I have at least four different versions of Firefox here and the only one that doesn't tell me that Flash is out of date is the one that I never go anyplace where I need it. Don't worry about your laptop, and quit watching porn and make music instead.
Members 1001gear
Adobe used to have a funny installer popup with a nearly invisible OK button and that stumped me until I figured it out. They seem to have done away with that though. I just got Shockwave Flash 16 no prob.Check your security permissions.

Members Anderton
Always go to the Adobe site to download, never click on the link from a popup even if it looks legit.
Members 1001gear
It was a legitimate prompt from that installer rigamarole they were using.
