Phil O'Keefe
PS I'm not sure if Paypal was involved, but considering the link between them and Ebay, you might want to change that password too - I did.
Members WRGKMC
Paypal is a separate company with separate passwords identity etc.Paybal info is not stored on the ebay site so it shouldn't be a problem. There are links to the pay pal site as there is on thousands of sites now,but a link isn't going to access your account. Phil O'Keefe
Yeah, I saw that afterwards - Paypal was not affected, so you don't "have" to change your password there, but out of an abundance of caution, I did... and it can't hurt to do so. Before I read that Paypal wasn't involved in the hack, I assumed that since Ebay owns Paypal, and there are links between the two, the possibility of a data compromise was there... but thankfully, as you said, Paypal wasn't affected. Members LustfulDarkWriter
LMAO-I call E-Bay The Plastic-Bay of Online Goods. Pay $1200 for plastic guitar when you can buy a gibson for nearly the same price.
Phil O'Keefe
Actually, depending on the model, you can buy a Gibson for much less than that. I recently reviewed the very cool Les Paul Melody Maker, and they sell for about $620 new.

Members ggm1960
I haven't logged into ebay for months. I suppose I'll have to now just to change my password.
