Making fun of young bands' haircuts is a sure-fire sign you're getting generation-gapped.

As one of the older Gen-Xers, I'm enjoying seeing the Gen-Y people start to grow up to the point they no longer really relating to Gen-Z.

    Ha ha!

(That picture is far too small to really capture the awfulness of their haircuts [which, of course, is totally subjectvie; no such thing as a bad haircut, etc ] )

THIS issue happened to be the last in my subscription and one of the reasons I'm not renewing. The garbage content has increased significantly in that rag.

There's no way I have any leeway to make fun of other people's haircuts.

'73? Jesus Blue, you were ahead of the curve on that one. Mine didn't come until '79. You must have been considered a freak in '73 to have a spiked doo. I'm proud to say I know ya!

Oh yeah? Well, on the opposite end of the scale from Blue, I didn't chop my hair until 1994, and that was after several years in mullet land!

I love having close-cropped hair now... I can't imagine ever growing it out again.

No emos in Birmingham - there's this curious fashion to look like Michael McDonald, though....
