Members KB Gunn
This is fascinating footage for Led Zep fans. It was made shortly before the New Yardbirds replaced the old Yardbirds. The lyrics were strange. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v5Recd6Us9g Enjoy

Members ggm1960
Very cool. I wonder if Page's seemingly experimental direction clashed with the others desire to have hit songs?

Members Cry Logic
That's not the only song Jimmy and his mates were accused of ripping off. There was also a big kerfuffle over You Shook Me (All Night Long) which was,as I understand it, originally penned by Willy Dixon....but attributed to "Traditional arr: Plant Page Bonham Jones" on Led Zeppelin 1.(Not to be confused with the AC/DC version, which came along years later.) Members KB Gunn
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dazed_and_Confused_%28song%29 Wow! This link features the history of the song. Jake Holmes obviously wrote it. The strange lyrics that the Yardbirds youtube video feature are an exact rip off of Holmes. I went to iTunes and searched Jake Holmes. There were many songs of his on iTunes store. The first one listed was Dazed and Confused. The 30 second clip were that same lyrics that Keith Relf was singing on the video I linked. The wikipedia link tells how Holmes wrote a letter asking for renumeration and credit. Page never responded. I think this youTube video is proof of plagiarism and Holmes would have legal grounds to sue Page for stealing credit for his song.
