Anyone with a Mac and English OS who can help me?

I know this sounds strange but it works for me. With my FTP site, I've been following this sequence - trying to upload, then quiting Fetch, then relaunching Fetch and the upload works. Doesn't make any sense but it has been working like that for me and another person I know.

If he is running 10.4, Cyberduck has an upload widget. It is simple and is probably the best tool for the job.

He can download it here:

http://www.apple.com/downloads/dashboard/networking_security/cyberduckupload.html

this page has detailed help:

Something tells me that he is not running 10.4.n

The *.dmg is just a packaged "disk image" installer.

If 2.8 does not install it may be incompatible with the OS that he is running. (from their Changelog - 2.3.3 was the last version to run on 10.2 Cyberduck 2.5 requires 10.3.9 or later.) You can identify the OS version with the "About this Mac" selection in the {APPLE} menu.

Macs can handle ftp from a terminal window without any additional software using commands like this:

I have a systems running 10.4.10 and 10.2.8. PM me if I can help.
