Members UstadKhanAli
Is this serious? That's a lot of great acts there. If I were going to AES, I'd probably just park myself in front of their stages half the time.

Members UstadKhanAli
1:45pm Ralph Stanley & The Clinch Mountain Boys 5:45pm Emmylou Harris That's the stretch I'd want ot see... Geezers playing their asses off! I STRONGLY recommend seeing these two especially. Ralph Stanley is a national institution, and he still sings as if he's drawing energy from the earth itself. Emmylou is amazing live and is always in great voice. Go see these two. I'm sorry I won't be there to see them, but I see Ralph Stanley every time he rolls into town here. CMS Author MikeRivers Posted October 2, 2008 CMS Author Share Posted October 2, 2008 Hell, that sounds great. I'll be in SF... don't know if I can get out to the park, but I may try! Don't get lost in the crowd. They typically get about a million people for this one. But if you insist, there's a city bus that gets you there from near the Moscone center. I looked it up, but I'm not a crowd person, so I don't think I'll fight it.
Members Hard Truth
It attracts a big crowd, but it is quite bearable because the park is huge, there are several stages and the area is not fenced in.
