If you want to use other people's stuff, pay them for it, or (gasp) just play it yourself. And it uses a single example of a company (wrongly) incorporating someone else's copyrighted material into their own sample collection and charging for it as an argument against copyright, which makes no sense to me. The company's action was wrong and they could have been sued, but it just seems that the owners of the original content probably didn't care anymore since they were long since out of the business.
