His official celebration is Sunday from 5-9 at Squidlips in Sebastian Fl. Anyone in the area is welcome to attend. Billy still plays Squidlips every Sunday evening. A good time will be had by all. Billy had a series of albums under his name and was known as "The Supersonic Guitar Man". I reckon artists are remembered by name more often than songwriters. I wonder what Billy Mure thinks of today's Music Industry. I think I know... John He's got a couple of songs that he wrote that he is TRYING to get someone to listen to. He can get no where because nobody accepts unsolicited matterial anymore. He's not too pleased about that. I'm trying to contact some label people for him also and getting no further than he has. He still wants to be a rock star when he grows up.
