Cool songs, sweet voice, and some dub elements, all performed live. Beautiful. What Don Carlos or Black Uhuru releases would you recommend that kinda fit this bill? Thanks! Members sharkbait Posted July 2, 2012 Members Share Posted July 2, 2012 To me the classic Black Uhuru records are the ones with Michael Rose on lead vocals, Ducky and Puma on harmonies. I'm not sure when Don Carlos replaced Rose. But anyhoo, IMHO the really classic set is the one with Guess Who's Coming To Dinner, Natural Reggae Beat, Plastic Smile etc. It's been repackaged under different titles. Then, Sinsemilia.
