Members Delmont Posted July 21, 2018 Members Share Posted July 21, 2018 Hey, TJPG - Good work! Strengths: Words, melody, pace. And you have a real nice voice. Suggestion: Get some vocal coaching. A good teacher will give you voice exercises to help you hit the notes without thinking about them. If you plan to make a go of singing and songwriting, it will be a great investment. Keep it up. Members Mikeo Posted July 22, 2018 Members Share Posted July 22, 2018 Not bad. One thing I would have done is, get to the chorus sooner. Your first verse is like 2 verses. You have about 30 seconds to capture your audience, with a hook. I might have not even given the chorus space right here That’s where your destiny lies ( you have 2-3 bars depending on how you count it.) Stand tall, stay. I'd try to do in 1 bar so it moves quicker. I think you got something here with this demo, and hopefully, you do.
