Members tony333
I have been listening to A LOT of John Prine lately. I think his writing definetly had an influence on this song. This one has clear direction for me. I wrote these lyrics with kind of a blue grass “pick, strum” rhythm in my head with banjo fills and “solos”. Simple G,C,D progression with a mix in the chorus. Its weird, I go for weeks without writing anything and then this pours out in a couple hours. Still tweeking here and there and am open for suggestions. Hoping to sit down and record next week.
