No, this is not me bidding farewell to the new HC, it is indeed a new song. I didn't get a chance to do the music today, but tomorrow I will, so for now, just the lyrics. Stay tuned for the music.

    Goodbye, Familiar Stranger

    Ohhhh

Come sit down, dear old friend

    Ohhh

Let me tell you a story, it

    All things must pass...

Sounds good so far. Looking forward to the music.

I really love this lyric. The title and hook phrase goodbye familiar stranger is so wonderful at summing up the verses. And the verses explain so well the conundrum of that other person having the right intent but not being the one.

Really well done, I think I'm jealous.
Thomas Jefferson said... "The day will come when the mystical generation of Jesus, by the Supreme Being as His father, in the womb of a virgin will be classed with the fable of the generation of Minerva in the brain of Jupiter." hmmm...

Thanks Lee!! Glad you liked the lyrics. Jealous, eh? Heheh.

Oswlek! You didn't like the lyrics!!? Aw, I am mortally wounded. lol. Nah, but hopefully you'll not dislike it even MORE when you hear the music! (I kind of see what you mean though. I'm not sure the words are broad enough. Like they're so narrow in focus nothing really happens or eventuates much, and this narrator person is supposedly telling someone an interesting story and yet...nothing HAPPENS in the story!!)
