The first one sounds like a no-name clip that was written as part of the soundtrack for the movie. It wasn't something I recognized. That doesn't mean it doesn't have a name - but I'd check the movie credits to see if it's listed. If not, then my suspicion about it being just another soundtrack cut / cue is probably correct.
