Polish folk songs required

Hi,

I run a choir in the UK. We have a Bulgarian member and we learned some cool Bulgarian folk songs. We also have a Polish member and I have agreed to arrange some Polish folk songs for the choir but the ones she gave me are very uninspiring - and also I think they're not really folk songs but have been written by some nineteenth century composer. I know there are a lot of people with Polish heritage in the U.S. and of course elsewhere across the world. Any recommendations? If you give me a title I can probably track it down. Preferably I'm looking for one slow, sad one and one mad, fast one but anything interesting with real depth and quality would be welcome.
