Members TSPB
I play on guitar with open D, the opening chord is [string-fret] -> [ 6-0, 5-5, 4-4, 3-0, 2-0, 1-0 ].Please can somebody tell me the harmonica key to buy. Also if possible the notes to play for the intro. I know - I know, I will slog through it to work it out if I get the right Harmonica! Cheers.
Members JonR
I'm not sure, as I can't access the original track at the moment. The alternatives would be D or G. Using a G harp in key of D is a blues technique known as "cross-harp". My guess is Dylan would have used a D harp, as this tune is not a blues - but I can't be sure.
