All brackets, Memory Locks, and carry bag are included. These drums have the Arbiter Advanced Tuning feature with one lug per head. Great kit!! Light weight and compact. Quick set up and teardown. When used with wood snare and real cymnals you get a very respectable sound. Buy from me and you don't have to pay for shipping from the UK!! I paid $600 two years ago. I'm asking $400 plus shipping.
