Seems to be all original except knobs and switch tip. Comes with NON Original Hard Shell Case. Just had a fret level. IMO still needs to be set up (still not perfect). I've always liked the look of these but can't gel with it. Guess I'm not an Ibanez guy (more of a LP/Tele man).
