Members Kian Joseph
Here is something special. The most incredible guitar I ever played, a guitar I thought I'd never part with, one of the finest Gibsons on the planet and one of the most beautiful of all the Artisan series. This is from the first year of production, October 1977. all original hardware and wiring. Well played and loved. I spent about £2,500 on her and I'm asking that as sale price here. A rare piece of Gibson history, a super ornate version of the Les Paul customs with two Gibson Series VII pick-ups (super high output, super rare, beautiful tones) and a "Super Humbucking Pickup" in the middle. Great condition for a guitar of its age but there's a few scratches, one tiny inlay is missing (which was numerically pleasing for me, with the 7 hearts) and the plastic from the pick-up selector is gone, which I saw no need to replace. comes with original hard-case (won't keep the rain out!). I've only had this guitar for 3 years but it has been a part of me and it has been a struggle to settle on the idea of selling. I need money for business, debts and various expenses, and my moving further away from equal temperament playing means that this fretted instrument is the obvious one to lose. There's a couple on ebay in slightly better condition for £2,500-£3,000 but none are as beautiful as this one and I just want to get back what I paid. It is not going to diminish in value and many of the modern "aged" Gibsons, which are often sold in purposefully worse condition, go for more than twice the asking price here. This is a genuinely aged and loved piece of Gibson history. a rare and vintage guitar shop are interested, but if anyone wants to give me the exact asking price, and fast, then it's yours. I'll be trying to arrange sale within a week so get in touch quickly if you're serious about buying. I am happy to make the exchange in person, but I live at the far end of Cornwall. blessings.
