White True temperament Brazilian Rosewood double top classical guitar ONE OF 1 http://r.ebay.com/1eceq5

about this guitar:

"Solo vives 2 veces" (you only live twice) was Designed by Erik Phariss and built by renowned Mexican Luthier Carlos Pina Vaca in 2010. This was the first true temperament concert guitar in America and only the 3rd classical guitar made with the Thidel formula 1 fretting system , the Alambre guitar on true temperaments website was played by Paco de Lucia before he died and he said it was the most In tune guitar he had ever played ! This fretting system is a transposition of the Bach temperament which was lost for hundreds of years only to be discovered in the last 10 years. This system makes more sustain possible and provides greater richness of harmonic resonance every ware on the fret board. This system has been used by everyone from Steve Vai to John McLaughlin and artist every ware in between. To learn more about this system Visit truetemperament.com

The double tops on this guitar is made entirely from AAAA grade old growth Italian spruce, sides and back are from straight grain old growth pre ban Brazilian rosewood, the bridge is also from Brazilian rosewood but is so dark it is often confused with ebony. The tuning machines were made especially for this Guitar in Croatia by Baljak and the nut and saddle are preban Western Africa hard ivory. The Sapphires in the edge of the finger board are from Surlanka, the origin of the diamonds is unknown. It includes a custom carbon fiber case featuring a pure silk Embrodery of the crest of the house of Phariss and was made by Hoffe features include the Leather handle and 3m thinsulate options. The guitar features an adjustable stainless steel truss rod and a removable custom arm wrest made be Mitchel Elwell especially for this guitar. The rosette of this guitar is a one off piece featuring the one strand of the crown of thorns and one from the victory crown featured in the crest of the house of Phariss inside the case cover. The headstock displays the 5 crosses used on the coat of arms of the city of Guadalajara and used by the house of Phariss in designs and this work is done the same as the rosette.

The entire guitar was treated with a holographic interferometry system reprogramming the cellular memory of the wood to produce the correct vibrations in the right places to open up the sound and even out the notes all across the fret board, that is to say all notes became spectacular everywhere and increased the volume, sustain and harmonics beyond belief. The entire guitar was treated with a white pearl pigment process which was invented especially for this guitar and applied to the wood prior to the hand applied French polish. The top, neck and headstock and fingerboard and frets and Baljak runners were later coated in a state of the art super hydrophobic chemically resistant (read sweat) and abrasion resistant ceramic. The coating is so thin its transparent and is next to diamond for hardness.

This guitar was exhibited at the Guadalajara 2012 international design fest in the special collection as a tribute to Mexican artistry and ingenuity. This guitar was tested by Stephen Coyle and Laurence Juber at the 2011 Healdsburg guitar festival with very positive reactions.

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to own one of a kind masterpiece guitar both as an instrument as well as a piece of artwork. Taking over 2 years to complete this is a completely unique and truly one of one piece from The house of Phariss.
