This is the one of the nicest Gibson B25-12-N on eBaY right now and is in very good condition! It features a mahogany body (solid back, laminated sides), solid spruce top, and rosewood fingerboard in a natural finish. No belt buckle scratches, gouges, rubbed off finish, etc . Minor repair of the bridge of the guitar performed by Thom Abel of String Theory Guitar Repair of Nashville, TN, along with a complete setup and intonation. The mahogany neck is straight and the headstock has original Kluson tuners, original strap buttons and original bridge pins and includes a premium Golden Gate brand hardshell case, also in very good condition. This particular guitar was originally owned by the late William York of Auburn Kentucky. Mr. York was a bluegrass session musician and played occasionally with the Father of Modern Bluegrass Music, Bill Monroe. Mr. York also played mandolin, banjo, violin (fiddle) and piano.
