Members rabott13 Posted February 7, 2015 Members Share Posted February 7, 2015 The Blackheart head and cab are both in very good shape, no blemishes that I can see. The head was bought from a small studio about a year and a half ago, only used in worship settings, so virtually no wear and tear. Worked perfectly up until, what I believe is the transformer going bad (maybe a better DIY guy can shed better light). I've swapped and double checked both the pre and power tube, zero sound at all. Light works, tubes light up fine. Just zero sound. I figured a new transformer would be beyond my DIY skill and I'm using a new amp anyways. Just for full disclosure, the Cab is 100% working and in great condition. The head emits zero sound whatsoever. Light works, tube light up, but no sound. I do think it would be worth someone's time if they are looking for a fun DIY amp to mod. I know common mods include transformer swaps anyways. I'm hoping for $200 shipped, as I know shipping will get expensive quick, but I'm open to offers as well as possible trades. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
