    Framus Cobra w/ footswitch for sale
    $1,399 - shipped (neg.)

    100W Head , hand-wired, brand new Electro Harmonics EL34 power tubes (professionally biased), perfect working order, few minor cosmetic blemishes (barely visable).

    Killer amp! I hate to sell it but need the money. $3,200 retail - get it for $1,399 (maybe less).

          No, this is the older one. However, bear this in mind - to bias the amp properly, you need to know the plate voltage and the only way that can be determined is by pulling the chasis out of the shell. So, even on the newer version of the amp with the external bias points, you will still have to pull the chasis out. Just food for thought.

            Walter is a straight shooter, and a good guy to deal with. This head is super clean.

                Not true at all..Ever heard of the Weber Biasrite?
                No to mention if you pull a tube and put the meter (Set to AC voltage) in Pin 3 your will get the plate voltage reading.

                  I'm not an amp repair guru by any measure, that was my understanding that you had to pull out the chasis to get the plate voltage. I was mistaken thanks for the information.
