Members FitchFY
My practice space is a building that houses at least 30 different practice rooms, many with 2 or more bands. As such, it's not uncommon to find things left out for grabs, including furniture, decorations, broken gear, old gear, or sometimes perfectly good gear someone just left to part ways with. Last night, I came across this: a Pearl P902 double pedal. The main axle on the primary pedal is cleanly broken rendering it toast. The footboard is a mess, and the slave shaft is busted. However, and I can't fathom how the discarder didn't know this, all the parts necessary to convert the slave pedal to a single pedal are RIGHT THERE. Even just looking at this, you can figure 5 minutes and a new beater later, you'll be in business. So... Imma gunna slap a felt beater on it, fix `er up, and have myself a pedal for all the funk and pop stuff now with a little less oomph than my Tama Iron Cobra. Woo hoo! Members 1001gear
I got this off a new browser called Brave. It's still developmental but it's also very quick.
Members FitchFY
It's definitely an older pedal, and based on the amount of bad metal bands in my practice space... I have my theories.
