I have a set of Superstars. Natural/clear lacquer finish. 24" kick, 12", 14" rack toms,

16" floor tom. I have a Pearl free floating brass snare. 14" x 6.5" I believe all Superstars

are birch shells. I like my set. They sound great, nice and deep. I'll never part with them. Good luck

Yes, I currently have some Tama Superstar`s that I use

along with my Artstar Cordia kit. The Superstar`s that I have

are: 6, 8, 10, 12 inch concert toms, 13 and 14 inch timbales

and a 20 and 22 inch gong bass drums, ALL in Super Mahogany.

They sound GREAT!

Thanx

Okay, they do come really close, however the Super Mahogany

is a soild stain, whereas the Cordia woodgrain, have alot

of different colors like brown, red, orange, yellow, even

a little white and black mixed in, however from at least 5 feet

away, they do appear to look exact, to the untrained eye.

{censored} you slim j

this thread must be a year old so i have grown a bit

but that kit would have solved all my drum gear problems

and the woman lied to me i wouldve picked it up straight away but she said she had to go away for a few days

so im still playing on my swingstar with destroyed hihats as my only cymbals, a weak beater, and busted skins (first layer).

i dont think my post was childish i missed out on a great opportunity and i spent two days being pretty sure it would be mine

kiss my ass dude
