Members 1tallbassguy Posted November 18, 2006 Members Share Posted November 18, 2006 My experience with Music 123. I ordered a bass on Fri. Nov 10. It shipped on Wed. Nov 15. They told me it would ship the same day. It arrived on Nov 18, but did not include the "free hardshell case included". Maybe that means "free of hardshell case". This is the 2nd time I have had problems with Music 123, and the last. There are other companies out ther that provide better service. Ordered and paid for in April.Humes and Berg Tuxedo Bags, 14x20, 8x12, 16x16, 5.5x14, and a Verve Bag, 4x14. Almost within days I received the Verve but it fits my 7x14 Ayotte Custom, or my Rogers 6.5x14 Maple Dynasonic. Remember this case was a 4x14.I also received the 8x12, which was right. In July....... I received the H & B 5.5x14, and the 16x16. OK Just before the first of November, I received the 14x20. So a total of six months for six cases. Ok, customer service did offer to ship me some other cases instead back in July. Its just that I ordered the Tuxedos for a specific purpose, for a specific vintage drumset.
