                  The lugs also bring into question the issue of "voice matching" the shells. Ok , bare shells are voice matched. Now screw on several pounds of metal. That will certainly alter the response.

                        I enjoy that finish. I like the "trickle down" finish, as in the kurillian birch fade on the PDP LXE kit.

                            I'm thinkin about doin natural to lavender fade as a hard satin over curly maple with satin hardware.....man I want this kit BAD!
