I created this song using it, a lone single ended condenser microphone and my drums. Having said that I think it's pretty good. (Compared to a lot of stuff I hear using way better equipment etc it's really good). Well I suppose you gotta find out what you can stuff in there lolz. Compositionally it's just raw material although it might make a good animation track. Members manoeuver Posted February 16, 2009 Members Share Posted February 16, 2009 I too think the beginning was the best part. don't worry about spending lots of dough on gear-- get to know the gear you have very well. also, toss the loops. creativity requires creation! there's a zillion guys stacking the same damn loops you've got-- use your mic, get a synth (or a soft synth) find sounds and make something nobody's heard before.
