Members DantheDrummer
I have a pretty cheap gibraltar double bass pedal and the lag from the slave has been killing me for a few years. Just for referrence, there is almost no adjustability at all with my pedals either I can change the spring tension and the beater height and thats all. I got to looking at my pedal last night and the slave had all the brackets needed to move the spring for it from the main side to the slave side, so I did and it now has almost no lag and I can play faster much more consistently. Members 1001gear
I has a Gibby doble. Was the top of the line in the late 90s. It is a God send. It is totally adjustable, the slave is a complete single unit ^ and I got great deal. Works fine for me.
Members cearleywine
I had a double with nylon straps. Wasn't incredibly adjustable, the slave beater was always a little off but I really liked the feel of the main.
