I would call it Champagne Sparkle, but that 2nd floor tom looks more silver. The stage lights may be playing tricks with the finish. I may be wrong but I think Champagne Sparkle and Bermuda Sand are the same thing.

I think it has some red in it too, closest thing I can come up with from Yamaha's site if Silver Sparkle, Yamaha Steve Jordan Artist page is not ready and doesn't list his current full set finish. Hope this helps. http://usa.yamaha.com/products/musical-instruments/drums/ac-drumsets/absolute/absoluteiii/?mode=model#tab=product_lineup

Looks like a glass glitter to me.

Anybody else notice the difference between Steve Jordan and Eric Clapton? Clapton's a musician, Jordan's just a drummer.

I'm going to say silver sparkle and the red you're seeing is simply the stage lights. Check out some of the other pictures like number 8 where there is white light on the side of the floor tom....looks like plain silver.

Ditto - looks like a silver sparkle with stage lighting.

A champagne sparkle often looks somewhat similar to that, though.

I was at that show. Those drums are Champagne. The Bermuda Sand wrap is close. I have a set of Champagne wraps and I specifically chose that color because; in my opinion; I thought that any lighting looks good against that wrap. My two choices back in

                          What prompted this?

It's written in the link by the OP. I found it amusing.

Drummer Steve Jordan (L) and musician Eric Clapton perform during the Crossroads Guitar Festival 2007 held at Toyota Park on July 28, 2007 in Bridgeview, Illinois.

Oh yeah. True though. Eric's just a musician.
