Members benjaminwroth
Hello guys, I recently purchased a C&C 7-ply maple kit, sizes 9"x13", 16"x16", and 14"x22". I'm absolutely stoked about it, and I'm trying to dial in the proper tones on each drum. This kit is so cool to me! It sounds big and the drums have tons of attack. However, I also think they (toms specifically) sound a little 'thin'. I'd like to get a punchy, thicker tone from them than I'm currently getting. Any suggestions here? I'm using Evans g2 coated heads on the toms and the GMAD for the kick. Thanks.
