I played one at a Sam Ash and really liked it, but didnt really like the price. Im not someone who gigs a lot anymore, and plopping down almost $400 for a cymbal is a lot of dough. But...the holidays are coming. I was in Sam Ash again the other day with the wife, and saw the cymbal on sale for $330.00. I just love the way it sounds...it seems to have this glistening tone, and a nice bell, and crashes really nicely too!The dear wife said something like " why not put it on lay away, and it could be a christmas gift from the kids". They can pop in every few weeks, put a few bucks on it, and BEHOLD! Daddy is taken care of for Christmas (not that those few bucks their putting down on it arent mine...but you guys with kids will get what Im talking about).So there you go.
