Members danrothmusic
The extent of my playing for the past couple of months has been a weekly bluegrass jam--where I play washboard. I sat down at my kit yesterday evening, and my arms felt like jelly. It was pretty disheartening. I think I'm going to have to make more time to play drums. Members 1001gear
Do light dumbells too. 2lbs is plenty. Single pounders are good for air drumming around your kit. Just go slow and deliberate.
Members cdawg
i once asked my drum instructor if squeezing tennis balls would help build muscle in my hands. he replied, "squeezing tennis balls makes you good at squeezing tennis balls. just play drums."
