You can communicate directly with their engineers and technicians with questions and tech issues. I think that's a great idea and a testament to QSC's commitment to its customers (and no, I don't work there;)). Here's a copy of Bob Lee's post about it on TB. Bob's one of QSC's engineers, a bassist and all-around cool guy. New QSC technical support forums QSC now has a group of technical support forums on their Web site, where you can directly ask questions or seek assistance for technical issues regarding power amps, RAVE, loudspeakers, DSP products, et al. These forums are run and moderated by the engineers of QSC's Technical Services Group, and not sales or marketing.
