Members Brother Mango
Ok ... Bourbon County Brand Stout by Goose Island. WOAH!!! This is the stuff that's been waiting for me. It's a little sweet. Very bold. I can detect the influence of this stout having been aged in a bourbon barrel. Sweet lord!!!! This is so good ... Not much of a head This is slightly cooler than room temperature. The initial flavor is like a normal stout. Mid-way, the bourbon elements show up. NICE long lingering finish Damn!! This is GOOOOOOD!!

Members lokidecat
5 dollars for a beer. {censored} that noise. People spend more than that for mid-shelf {censored}ty whiskey. i fail to see the problem buying a premium beer for the same price (and the same approximate alcohol amount by vol.) /shrug/

Members georgestrings
5 dollars for a beer. {censored} that noise. You knows, I'm usually a pretty cost conscious person - but occasionally, I'll toss that by the wayside tp enjoy life without worrying about pricetags - this would be one of those types of expenditures... I look at it this way - I've pissed away $20 on things that were FAR less enjoyable than 4 of those beers... As always, to each their own, though... - georgestrings

Around here, any draft plus tip is around $5 unless you drink PBR or Miller Lite
