Celestion 15" W Bin Bass Cabinet I've built cabs before, so this one is not a huge stretch to make. If it doesn't work out, then I could always build a more traditional cab for the speaker, and only be out maybe $40 in MDF plus my time. Members Reverse Entropy Posted March 22, 2011 Members Share Posted March 22, 2011 They tend to have a very long throw, but not be all that loud at shorter distances. That one seems to favor mid-bass, too - a little strange. I'd be interested in a 15" version of the CV earthquake cab shown on the same page - but more as a compact sub than as a bass guitar speaker.
